*sigh* no matter how huat a place is, there's always a shortfall. I got awaken by a mosquito buzzing around my ears. Kaoz..

Breakfast was only so-so.

I had some time to kill before I head back to Ho Chi Minh. So the next best time to do is to explore the hotel's ground and of cos, the SPA! hahaha... In my rush yesterday, I didn't notice the size of the hotel grounds. There's a shopping centre next to it and a private beach club across the road! The spa is located at the beach club, complete with swimming pool, recreational facilities, private beach... goodness! THIS IS LIFE!!

And the spa wasn't particularly expensive. 60mins for US$25. It is definitely pricey compared to the $10 massage that we can easily find in HCM city or Bangkok. But for the 5-star hotel, this is cheap.

Took me 3.5hrs to get back to HCM. Found the Beautiful Saigon 2 Hotel. It's pretty neat! I quite like my room here. Facilities are basic, spacious, very clean, has hot flask, hair dryer, cable tv, free WiFi, air con, computer in room and hot water bath. For US$26 per night, I think it's quite worth it. It's a little expensive compared to most backpacker's place in this area (think you can easily get < US$10 per bed) but I learnt my lesson from KRABI! hahaha... when I travel alone, the most miserable thing is to have a lousy room.

Popped over to "Good morning Vietnam" for some home-made pasta, booked my Cu Chi Tunnel/ Cai Dao Temple tour for Saturday, walked to Ben Thanh Market, tabao-ed pizza for dinner... been feeling drowsy the whole afternoon, gonna have an early night.

Will do the 7km walk from Lonely Planet tomorrow. Be visting the war remnants musuem, musuem of fine arts, notre dame church tomorrow. Totally looking forward to nua sai in some street cafe.. hahaha...
