Day 10- Tadapani to Ghorepani

The glorious sunrise that greeted us in the morning!!
Still hiding behind the clouds..
As the clouds clear..
Finally! MR SUN!! You have been missed!!
The 2nd Highest Mountain in Nepal, Dhaulagiri at 8167m
Peaking into Poon Hill (the hill we have to conquer the next morning)
Think I caught a cold this morning. I have a leaky nose. Really leaky. Everyone said that I am slow to catch the cold as all of them had caught it in ABC/ MBC. Those irresponsible people still shared food with me!!!!!! Zzzz...

Weather is still very cloudy. Covering the Annapurna South, Fish Eye and all. It was a constant struggle ascending, especially after ABC. Haha.... Really big struggle. Zero motivation to move. 4 hours trek in the morning!!! Sianz...,.

Trek post lunch was a way better experience. We were walking along the mountain ridge, with a good view of Dhalakiri, the 2nd highest mountain in Nepal. By right, believe we should see Annapurna South as well but was cloudy. Anyway, we encountered what seem like our first rain in Nepal, which rained ice. Ghorepani was about 1.5hrs from the lunch point. It's pretty similar to Chomrong, in terms of town size and is a major stop for most trekkers. Hotel had a great view of most of the city and the dining hall actually has a HEATER!!! Haha.. We wondered out around town for a bit and saw a street gambling "store". It's like our "da xiao" but dices are in patterns. Started to wonder about tipping porters/ guides. Hmm...
