Venue: Back in SG. We made the sudden decision to come back to Chiangmai only for one reason. We bought nothing throughout the whole trip. Serious. Other than my shawl, I bought nothing for my family. I rather have regrets not staying longer in Pai than having a guilty conscience that I haven't thought of my parents throughout the trip. 0830 Bus out of Pai. Concuss all the way. =P Checked back into Sarah's guesthouse. Left our stuff in the room and went to walk around town again. Buy buy buy buy till I'm broke. *sigh* Next day went up Doi Suthep. On Alwyn's insistence. Frankly, I still think we should have gone up Chiangdao to see the caves! There really isn't a lot up there and it is freaking crowded. And thanks to shit for the hazy day. *Sigh* I kept wondering why am I even back in Chiangmai. I totally regretted leaving Pai.
